Widget by Duncan due mid-November
Another super pairing…. Widget is litter mate sister to Pixel. Pixel, Widget and Duncan are proven upland hunters on grouse in woodcock. We all just returned from nearly a month hunting in the U.P. of Michigan.
This is very exciting!!! Widget bred by Duncan!! 35 day ultrasound showed around 6 puppies in the oven. These pups are going to be sweet loving family dogs that you just can’t hug enough because they make you feel so good and at the same time be incredibly intense bird dogs. Tremendous natural ability in both parents. Both are super driven dogs that are amazingly cautious once in bird scent.
Widget is a chesnut tri-color, 40 pound female and Duncan is a heavily ticked tri-color, 40 pound male. Both dogs are have excellent PennHip ratings for the breed, are in excellent health and a major asset to my breeding program.
