Rock a bye baby bird dogs
Duncan and Piper at their Aunt Donna’s catching some Z’s after some hard core playing time. These kids have plenty of dog beds and crates to chose from in the house and yet they all prefer to snuggle together in one large kennel on their orthopedic bed.I don’t know what warms my heart more about this picture— the fact that both Duncan and Piper truthfully sleep this way every night in our bed or knowing how nuts this drives old school hunters that think good bird dogs can’t sleep in bed or even in the house for that matter! Not! Great bird dogs are born!! It’s only people that have the inability to bond and accept our bird dogs as valued family companions. Every bird dog I have ever had has been allowed in my bed and that will never change….. but lets just not tell my wife …hehe 😉
